Purchasing Natural Cosmetics products online with our secure transaction server is a safe and easy method to place your orders. We accept Master Card and Visa credit card payments.

Shipping Policies
In-Stock items are normally shipped within one business day of receiving your order. Orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be shipped out the following business day. Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped.

All of the items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address. All items must be shipped to a US street address. We are sorry but P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses are not accepted at this time.

Out of Stock Items

You will be notified on your shipment confirmation e-mail if your order could not be completely filled due to items, which are temporarily out of stock. If an item you order is not in stock, it will be automatically backordered and shipped when it becomes available unless you ask us to cancel the backorder. When the backordered item(s) ship, your credit card will be charged only for the merchandise and tax; you will not be charged for additional shipping and Hhandling.

If for any reason, an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We will give you the option to cancel the order, to exchange the item or to add to the order.

Maximum Purchase Policy
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 4 units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer.

Sales Tax

California residents must pay sales tax based on the county they reside in and the appropriate tax is automatically calculated when you complete your order.

Refunds

We're so certain you'll notice a positive change with your herbal products that we've made our health & beauty line 100% guaranteed. Simply return the merchandise and we will be pleased to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase.

Included with your packing slip is a customer return form. We suggest that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection so packages can be tracked and to insure prompt delivery. Unfortunately shipping fees are not refundable. Packages must be returned pre-paid and we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

It may take up to 30 days to process your return. When the return is processed, you will receive a full credit to the original card you used for that specific purchase. Please pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible and include a copy of the packing slip and customer return form.

If you have lost the packing slip or customer return form, please include the following information with your return:

  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Original order
  • Order confirmation number (if available)
  • Item Returned
